ISST facilitated a participatory power mapping exercise with representatives from unions, worker collectives, NGOs, and advocacy networks.

Using the Power Mapping Tool developed from the study’s insights, participants explored how different collectives position themselves in terms of Capacity to Influence Policy, Capacity to Mobilise Workers, and explored ways to strengthen collaborations.

Through this process, participants reflected on their organisational strengths, challenges, and the collaborations needed to strengthen collective power in the garment sector. The exercise aimed to identify pathways for sustained cooperation, information-sharing, and feminist movement-building within the RMG ecosystem of Delhi NCR.
